The hotel had a nice beach, where staff provided necessities like towels.
I had several issues. They did not arrange transport, even though I requested it at check-in. They then gave me someone else's bill at checkout. This created further delay and confusion.

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained with great facilities. Pools, bars, restaurants, and spa treatments are all of a high standard. The staff are kind and helpful. They were very attentive throughout my stay. Late checkout was accommodated, which I found to be very convenient.
The prices for many items seemed inflated compared to local costs which was somewhat dissapointing.
